The Trainer License is a two-year digital access license for individuals who wish to teach within The Better Coffee system. It grants the right to participate in onboarding and to learn through The Better Coffee Blueprint and Conversation & Consultation as entry points into the Trainers structure.
During onboarding, the scope of your license is defined together with The Better Coffee Office. Based on your experience and competencies, we agree on which additional courses you are authorized to teach. In some cases, mentoring is required—this means working alongside another Trainer until independent teaching within the agreed scope is established.
The license establishes a working relationship with The Better Coffee and integrates you into the Trainers structure as a recognized guide. It signals readiness to teach using shared language, values, and responsibility, and to remain accountable for the educational impact of your work.
The Sustainable Tier defines the base cost of participation. It supports fair compensation, continuity of educational practice, and long-term cooperation within the system, without pressure toward growth, competition, or individual branding.
